Organic Outreach
The Path has been supporting Snowcastle Games during the beta phase of Lysward, focusing on building a structured, engaged community while creating clear feedback channels between players and the development team.
Our work centred on establishing Discord as the core community hub, providing day-to-day engagement and moderation, and ensuring player feedback was captured, surfaced, and communicated effectively to the development team. Alongside this, we collaborated closely with Snowcastle to develop a consistent cadence of Beta Updates shared directly within Discord, keeping players informed and aligned as development progressed.
Our focus included:
Managing and growing the Lysward Discord to 250+ engaged members
Maintaining an active, developer-facing feedback loop throughout the beta
Supporting regular Beta Update communications via Discord
Conducting organic creator outreach to introduce the game to relevant early audiences
