Why we use it: To assess suitability for campaigns, present potential creators to clients, and facilitate partnerships. We only use information that is publicly available or shared with us voluntarily.

2. Clients

  • Name, email, job title, company information

Why we use it: To provide and manage services, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate business records.

3. Queries / Contact form submissions

  • Name, email, message content

Why we use it: To respond to enquiries, complaints, or claims effectively.

We work with a range of trusted suppliers and contractors to help run our business and provide our services. These may include:

  • IT and software providers: Tools we use to manage projects, client and creator information, communications, and document storage. This includes cloud services, collaboration platforms, and security or backup providers.

  • Professional advisors: Accountants, legal advisors, or other experts who may need access to personal data to provide advice, support compliance, or assist with legal matters.

  • Business support partners: Contractors or consultants who help us operate efficiently, such as recruitment support or operations assistance.
