The Path partnered with Women-Led Games to provide dedicated creator support for the Summer Game Fest Edition of their showcase. Our focus was on maximising real-time visibility for the live stream, as well as driving direct engagement for the independent titles featured throughout the broadcast.
We compiled a tailored list of creators who regularly co-stream major showcases and special events, allowing us to tap into established live audiences. We also crafted bespoke email communications for every stage of the process, from the initial outreach to confirmations and follow-ups. Taking the time to get this messaging exactly right helped us secure a hand-selected group of creators who aligned with the event's Champion sponsors and volunteered as Spotlight Creators to stream select game demos.
Additionally, we handled early demo key distribution to support pre-embargo content creation supported by custom tracking links to track content creation. This streamlined the game redemption process for creators, making it as easy as possible for them to get content live around the showcase window.
